How We Ship

Shipping times

We ship the goods within 24-48 working hours from the receipt of the payment of the order. Once the shipment has been entrusted to the courier, the delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Mainland Italy : delivery expected in 1-2 working days.

  • Major islands (Sicily, Sardinia) : delivery in 2-3 working days.

  • Smaller islands and remote locations : delivery in 3-5 working days.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number provided by GLS. This will allow you to follow the path of your package in real time directly from the official website of the courier ( www.gls-italy.com ) or via the dedicated app.

We ensure that each order is packaged with the utmost care to ensure that the products arrive intact and protected during transport. However, we invite you to always check the integrity of the package upon delivery and to report any anomalies to the courier.

Disadvantaged areas and special deliveries

For shipments to remote areas or smaller islands , the GLS service may take slightly longer. In these cases, we will notify you promptly and do everything possible to ensure rapid delivery.
